Who we are

PoweredLandCo acquires and develops rural land for data center use. We look for property that can support the power, space, and access these facilities need, and when we find it we buy the land or we take an option on it.

We are principals. The money we put into a property is ours, and we carry the risk of whether a site works out. That is a meaningful difference from the people who normally contact landowners about their property, and it changes the conversation. We have no reason to talk you into anything, because we are the ones who have to live with the purchase.

PoweredLandCo is a principal buyer and site developer. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent sellers.

What that means for you in practice: we do not take a commission, we do not advertise your land to anyone else, and there is no fee of any kind for talking to us. If your property does not fit what we need, we do not earn anything by pretending otherwise, so we will simply tell you.

How we evaluate property

We start with public records. Transmission and substation data, road networks, floodplain maps, and terrain tell us most of what we need to know before anyone visits. That work is ours, not yours. You will never be asked to pay for a survey or an engineering study in order to have a conversation with us.
