Give us a county, an approximate size, and anything you have noticed around the place. Where you are unsure, please just write that. A straight admission is worth more to us than a confident guess we might build on.
We check it against public records
The property gets run against transmission and substation records, road and terrain data, and flood mapping for that township. Every bit of it is publicly available and the work is ours. Most of the answer emerges right here.
We call you if it looks workable
A property that looks capable earns a phone call. You hear what turned up, what remains uncertain, and what a purchase or an option would actually mean for your operation and your family.
We make an offer, or we tell you why not
Where the site holds up, written terms follow. Where it does not, you get a reason, whether that turns out to be the distance to usable capacity, how the parcel is laid out, or ground that would cost too much to make ready.
At no stage does any of that require money from you, a signature to keep the conversation going, or your ground held off the market while you make up your mind. Walk away whenever you like. The majority of these conversations close with us saying it does not work, and reaching that point fast is the goal.
